With an ever-changing real estate market, it is important to remember that your closing team will need certain information and documents prior to closing. Providing Results Title with contact information at the time of turning in the Purchase Agreement and Closing Worksheet will greatly assist your closing team in getting a jump start on obtaining any necessary information for closing!

 

Be sure to check if there is any other pertinent information that your closing team may need – such as:

  • Are you getting married or divorced prior to closing?
  • Are you an Estate or Trust?
  • Do you live in another state?
  • Will there be any work done on the property prior to closing?
  • Paid receipts, invoices, and lien waivers will be needed.

 

Please provide any of these relevant details to your closing team at the time of sending in the Purchase Agreement. Your closing team will then reach out to obtain the seller information sheet and request any additional items that will be needed in preparation for your closing. Providing this information and a quick return of the seller information sheet will help ensure a quick smooth closing process for all!
